Overall positive. The VA has fairly high standards, and though it was a pain at the time, we are glad now for the extra precautions. Honestly, the only thing I think should change is the amount of time between clear to close and closing.

When underwriting was working on my file they had trouble getting my tax transcripts and my employee info. And it took them at least a week for them to let Cole know so he could have me work on getting the info for them.
