A little frustrating at the end with the closing department asking for more documents after the closing was approved. Jerry was fabulous to work with though!!
Alex Brown was exceptional. This was my first home purchase and she made it as smooth and painless as could be. I experienced none of the horrors people warned me about. In fact, buying this house with a VA loan through Veterans United was even easier than when I bought a car from my brother's dealership.
Veterans United made the process simple and easy. Only recommendation would be to review the package prior to the week of closing as my husband was deployed and the POA was not to their liking. It would have been easier to correct given notice. However, they were accommodating to allow other means of approval. Which we were beyond appreciate. Thank you
