Everyone I came in contact with at veterans United was very pleasant and easy to work with.
To be fair - these guys did an adequate job. It is very apparent, though, that Veterans United is a large company. Each 'office' (loan officers, underwriting) don't seem to communicate with each other.
max carratur in and Dannielle was very patience and helpful in every step of the way. I personally think that Dannielle got me approve by making sure I had Everything o before It went to underwriting, A day after appraisal thank you so much also Nathan for calming and understanding advice!!!!

I was pleased with the thoroughness of the service, but I do believe I could have done more homework prior to starting the actual loan process.
The team was fantastic! They were a joy to work with and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home.
