Larry is very prompt, professional, and responsive. Definitely a trusted advisor. Wonderful to work, for both my first time mortgage and then for my refinance.
Be careful with waiting on interest rates. They will let you hold out and get a higher one for more money at closing. Do your own research. The real estate agent was amazing but be careful with the loan team.
