I had Kristine and she was never in the office..they told us we needed 1000 for closing. Went to closing and had to cut another check..they didn't tell me it was going to be 1450 to close not just 1000.

The process too months, my original loan officer didn't lock in my rate. My new loan officer was combative and not accommodating. It was a shit experience. We deserved better.
