This space is too short to accommodate my negative comments about having to take my refinanced property out of my Living Trust. This has never happened before in at least a dozen real estate transactions.
I never rate a "10", because I believe that every person, and corporation can get better. I am very thankful that Danny Kliethermes and Denise Stroud were taking care of me. Danny had my back on the day of closing to keep me from paying $2200.
