Listen, I didn't plan on buying a home 2 months ago. The stream line and ease of the whole process still has me amazed that I'm a homeowner in such a crazy short time. It literally was that fast for me and I couldn't be any more excited about it!
Poor communication
Heather and veterans United were such a pleasure to work with. Everyone we spoke to was nice and answered all questions. All the departments we went through worked quickly and kept us informed
Tax transcripts could have been ordered earlier. No call with congrats at the end. Would have been nice to hear that...
doug and adam were very helpful on all the requirments on the home lone process.
I could give you all a ten here if I wasn't told eveey three or four days that you needed info. I would suggest a checklist with a list of everything you need and a minimum of what is acceptable. All in all the experience was virtually painless.
