From delayed paperwork to requests/demands by our coordinator that , had our agent followed, could have cost us more money (wanted our agent to contact the appraiser directly), the whole experience was horrible. The coordinator needs let go!!!

There should be additional communication as closing approaches. Moving from Michigan to Florida required logistics and missing closing dates hampered that effort and added expense to the move.

Could have been more clear about who was to contact title company and when to do it with a private party sale. Delayed our closing an extra month
Everyone was super friendly and helpful! Even when we were getting close to closing and i was missing documents everyone did everything they could to help me and worked extra even though it was my fault for the late paperwork.
