The only complaint I have is maybe let us know when we, the client, have officially changed from one creditor, Freedom Mortgage, to another (Veterans United). Otherwise I have no other complaints.

The whole team was very responsive. We had some late issues with the appraiser not getting his report back and they were able to adjust on the fly. Their preparedness and confidence meant that the seller was still comfortable to keep our move in date even when our signing date got pushed back. It was a huge win and made our move much easier and less expensive.
