Michelle and Sheila were very responsive. There were two other people involved who I didn't meet. In one occasion the underwriter (?) called the attorney's (closer's) office asking for information instead of going through me. That caused a bit of

Would have given a 10, except the closing documents displayed our names without our middle initials even after all the times we corrected it. This made the docs not match those at the title company. Also did not match our tax docs.
