My broker wouldn't answer my questions until the millionth request and were very condescending when they finally did. The realtor you assigned us was only on time once out of ten plus times we went to tour homes (at least 10min late).
I did not enjoy having to scramble to get items needed for the underwriters, we did this several times. I would have liked to gather everything at once. Our loan was not correct at closing and was not funded.
