When i bought my house it was my first time dealing with anything like this. All my military friends went through Veterans United and all have had great experiences. So when I reach out they immediately welcomed me in. It really did feel like we were a team buying a house. They answered all my questions, and trust me there was a lot. I was able to email, call, and even text. What company does has that many ways to reach out to people. This is why I knew I had to use my same team when I refinanced my house. Yes overall this process was a learning experience for me since it was my first home buying process. Just wish had a few more options to choose from like the 203 rehab loan. That could have help with repairs of home. Or suggest any assistance with needed home repair if buying as is.
The notary that was sent to do my closing was exceptional. She was one of the best I have worked with. David was amazing throughout the process.
