The process was smooth, fluid and very quick. I had a 30-day closing deadline to meet and (if it hadn't been for the seller dragging their feet), VU made it to where I could have even closed earlier if desired.

The underwriter severely delayed the processing of the loan requesting documents that had been furnished more than once. However, Tony and Ryan were encouraging and continued to work on my behalf to get the loan closed.
