Gerrit & Whitney were great through this process. Although this was a refinance, it went quickly and smoothly.
It seemed ridiculous that I had to keep sending the same paperwork. And I was told that VU gets a lot of paperwork so sometimes it's gets lost... That's just not right

Compared to the firm we chose, VA was slow to respond and did not provide accurate information. Initially everyone was pleasant and helpful but as we began processing paper I was always speaking with someone different who also brought an attitude.
