This is my first home buying experience and it started really rough. Being told that I would never be able to afford a house in my home state of Idaho was so hard to hear. It almost broke me but then I was told that there are other states(I never really thought about living anywhere else). At first it was disheartening still as the housing market in all the western states was really high. I found a few in my price range but found other issues. I started looking in texas and worked my way north until I found what I was looking for in a house in Missouri. Closing came quicker than I thought possible and now I am officially a home owner.
