We had been searching for a home for a while, and I only knew it would finally happen when I spoke with Juliana (out loan coordinator) on the phone. She walked us through the entire process and made sure that all throughout we understood what was going on and felt safe and secure before moving forward. We encountered some hiccups by way of the sellers, and Juliana helped us side step some of those issues and went above and beyond to make sure that everything had been resolved to the satisfaction of everyone involved. Cameron did great! Phil always does a great job, so glad he’s our guy!!! The lady that was chosen to be our notary during our document signing for our refi was awful!!!!!! Rude!!!! Told us we needed two witnesses the night before our signing so that’s as stressful! Recommend not using her as a notary for VU!!
