The amazing amount of ridiculous hoops that are required to jump through for the loan, to include submitting repetitious documents was very frustrating, however Ross did what he could to make it go smoothly.

This was an excellent professional process and easy to make your process a great transition in obtaining your home loan. I have had the most uplifting process that made Veterans United Home Loan the best professional process ever. I would recommend Veterans United to my family, friends, and anyone that is looking to obtain a home loan. Ted and Caleb got us to closing exceptionally quickly. Both of them were very upfront about the expected timeline, and both graciously handled heavy pressure from a real estate team who had less realistic goals for closing on a VA mortgage. Ted went out of his way in explaining the process so we knew what to expect from the beginning. Ted and Caleb were both incredibly helpful and easy to stay in contact with, so much so that we could have believed our mortgage was the only one they were dealing with. Bottom line: We are moving into our new home in record (VA) time!

At this point, I have a lot to say about what I observed in dealing Veterans United. I got no sense of control or process from application through closing. There was an error in an important tax document at closing that was an issue during the application process that was corrected once but ended up wrong on the closing documents. That is just one example of poor human performance that I observed.

I would like to pen a letter but at this time, I do not have the time to draft a document. Please provide me the name and mailing address of the appropriate Executive Vice President to send a letter to. The letter may not be mailed for weeks, as I am performing my own 400 mile move. Rest assured that I have some things to say. This survey form is not the instrument that I want to use for this purpose.

The only reason that I rated Nick a 4 was that the closing did come off on time. That rating should be viewed more as reflection on the team supporting Nick.

Veterans United has some serious Process and Human Performance problems that need to be addressed.
