I’d prefer realtors to be optional or even suggested rather than assigned. It would be nice to have a better understanding about the numbers so buyers can spend more time on homes of interest instead of a more hit or miss type situation. Otherwise, the “to-do list” was great for keeping the process running smoothly.

Overall pretty stream lined, a few hiccups along the way but nothing that couldn't be handled. Had a great group of people who helped me buy my first house.
I was caught unaware of a move-in fee that this POA enforced. While I understand there are monthly dues for them, this was ann inconvenient surprise. Otherwise, this was an incredible first home buying experience! Mark’s team was very engaged and helpful. The realtor, Shanel, and her team were amazing and understood my particular needs, especially factoring in my PCS. Overall I would definitely recommend both entities!
