I’m not usually someone to write recommendations on people but the amount of personal effort all three put in our loan, regardless of time, day and circumstance is something you don’t experience in customer service anymore. Bad, please make sure Veterans Unit are working on your best interest and not just their commission for themselves and other participants. After closing on the house I still had to wait 4+ days to obtain keys for property, unacceptable transaction.
