I think if this team made it any easier, they would have moved my hand to sign documents for me, but that feels illegal so I'm glad we didn't. Even when I was getting worried about financial obligations, Holly was able to talk me through a lot of options to help relieve the stress. I never thought going into so much debt would be this enjoyable!
45 Days prior to talking to Derek, I was homeless. We had spoken some time last year but the rates and market wasnt aligning. Well last December, I was on the phone with the veterans crisis hotline, and Derek beeped in, i switched over to him and he told me I could resume my app and status, of course please. After a long struggle figuring out what job to take and where to live, we finally made our way to Tennessee. We said no to many and found the right home for us, our fur babies, and our plants. It’s an acre with a pool and a fenced-in backyard. Happiness was found with the help from our realtor and VETERANS UNITED!
We were very impressed with the service we recieved from all the members of our team. The to do list that was provided to us as we worked out account was a great way to keep track of things. Everyone was extremely friendly and we always felt like we could reach out anytime with questions. There was never a time that we were u sure of what was happening or the timeframe. Out loan process from preapproval to closing was about 30 days and went very smooth.

This is my second time buying a home but the first time using veterans united and I will always use veterans united in the future if I end up moving on. It was the easiest process using VU which was such a relief for me.They were there every step of the way to answer any questions, explain things multiple times if needed, lol. I cannot recommend them enough, it's the only way to go.
