Ali Schellenberg and her team is absolutely amazing! They made the home buying process super easy and comfortable for me as a new home buyer. Communication during and after the process has been perfect & I couldnt be happier (or luckier) to have worked with these dedicated professionals! The underwriter was over zealous, bordering in invasive and insulting. But everyone else was awesome. Would still recommend others.
I went through multiple other lenders before using Veterans United, and their service was far superior. I also got the lowest rate with them. My loan specialist, Horace Johnson, was great. The online portal allowed me to link my bank account, which saved me a ton of time because many other companies had me scanning my statements page by page as my bank didn't offer downloadable statements. I would highly recommend this company to anyone buying a home.
