This was the most seamless loan process I have ever gone through. My loan team delivered on time. Word of advice: complete your To-Do’s as soon as they hit your inbox. This is where you have the most control during this process. Bill Bales, his team, Kat in Client Advocate ...everyone was phenomenal and very professional! Great lending and home-buying process. The VU app puts all the information at your fingertips real-time. E-docs make the process quick and the concierge services make transitioning to a new home/area less stressful. A wealth of information about the loan process, credit and finances are available to keep the borrower well-informed. Overall a great learning experience with my lending team.
While the homebuying process is stressful at times: coming off a shift to find more that I have to submit, write, justify, etc... The team I had was prompt and friendly when helping me understand what they needed from me.
