Only feedback I would provide is that during the process more tests and steps were given that if known up front on the check list then it may have helped speed up the process. If you need a loan officer Emmet Rogers and his team is the way to go! I highly recommend Mr. Rogers and his team. They were able to help us not only get our home loan approved but to move in as faster than expected. They are very polite, professional, knowledgeable and understanding. You also have to do your part but they really know what they are doing and actually get things done. If you feel like your loan officer is not what you expected, Emmet and his team will definitely make sure you feel better and not so stressed out. The home buying process can cause you to get nervous or cause stress but this team works hard to ensure they are here for you and making you a home owner! If I was buying a house again this is the team I would pick 10 out of 10 times!
