The second loan specialist who was supposed to take over for Ben wasn’t very helpful or quick in responses. She wasn’t reliable so myself and my husband went back to Ben, who amazingly helped us to the end in buying our house!

This is the second home I have purchased using Veterans United, which I think says more about my opinion than any words. While I hope I don't leave this house anytime soon, I will be using VA for the next home as well.

I interacted the most with Will and Koleen. The online resources were helpful and I should have watched them sooner. Sometimes it was difficult to located documents I had signed but when requested they were always sent right over. Hoping I can stay with Veterans United for a while as my lien holder.
