The VU associates on our team were all professional and personable and made our experience a very positive one. Loan Specialist John Lyman, in particular, made the complex mortgage approval process much simpler by taking time to explain all of our loan options and requirements in detail. He was always quick to respond to or (many) questions and provided excellent customer service through closing day. I also appreciated the MyVU portal, which made document receipt and delivery a breeze. I would not hesitate to recommend VU to anyone looking for a VA mortgage loan!
