I was very pleased with the team assigned to me, as well as the 3rd party sources (aside from the assessment company that was assigned, I was very displeased by their service. Even a 2 minute Google search showed just how bad that company was). Our assigned realtor was incredible. Shout out to Crystal. The team easily helped us through the entire process that was entirely new to us, and we are unbelievably excited to call ourselves home owners for the first time!

Veterans United made the difficult process of homebuying not so difficult. My Loan Team stayed in contact throughout. When it came time for closing, I was advised what I would need in closing costs but instead, I was the one paid at closing.
Ryan was great from beginning to end! He actually convinced me to work with Veterans United over other lenders. The service was much better than any other lender that I spoke with. The Veterans United app, coupled with Ryan’s great expertise, gave me my answer to have Veterans United as my lender. Excellent work from Ryan and his entire team (Chad and Kelly were great as well)!
