Concierge was rude, unaccommodating and rarely ever returned my call. They also forgot to add my wife on the homeowners policy and to create a second one to fix the mistake. They set me up a better auto policy but didn't discuss any limits wanted set for the policy. They just created a policy with whatever limits they wanted at whatever deductable they wanted. Had to make many calls to fix their mistakes or get answers to my questions.
Toby was great to work with. He was very understanding and accommodating and helped in every way he could.
There were a few hiccups, but none were veterans United's fault. I appreciate everything they did for me to get us to closing. Would highly recommend.
It was a tough journey and there were times that I thought that I wasn't going find a suitable home in this market. God blessed me with a team that didn't give up on me and coached me the entire way.
