Leah Klasing was amazing as well. Very professional. Very helpful and informative throughout the whole process. The whole team was on point and professional the whole time and always let me know what was going on and helped when it was needed. I will definitely use the VU home loan again in the future.

There was a couple of things that caught my attention but nothing that Derek and Megan didn't handle. I would recommend these two folks to anyone that is looking to purchase a home with Veterans United

The overall experience was painless and smooth.

It was a total mess didn't close on the actual day was giving the run around on stupid things on paperwork just to delay time because no body wanted to work that week because it was a 4 day for most since it was the 4th of July no one reached out to me or my husband who is battling cancer and had his treatment day prior leaving state of Texas driving a RV with 3 German Shepard dogs it it was a 2 day ride for him and get to Indiana and find out all the bull shit that was sent our way. I the wife had to leave out the following week. But since we didn't close until the following sewage had to leave next day and couldn't help me the husband. Very unprofessional all that was involved with our VA loan. The paper work had to be amended at least 3 times

When we first began this journey we thought it was going to be impossible to get things done in our time frame. It was very impressive how fast and attentive our whole team worked. No matter what the situation is, they will work with it and help you with what you need to be done. We are so grateful for the work that Veterans United provided. This would have been impossible with them. Especially Josh, our loan officer. He was awesome to work with. We were very lucky to have him.

Communication is vital in making this process work. VU was very slow in the beginning. Much better toward the end.

From start to finish, it was the easiest process I have ever been through. The website portal has a to do list and I would check several times a day and complete any outstanding to do's. So simple and effeicient
