Overall great experience. Team was responsive when needed. From my perspective the only room for improvement is the team’s attention to detail regarding sending out forms for e-signature. Too many instances I had to sign forms multiple times due to various reasons that should have been caught earlier. I would recommend Veterans United to someone I know.

Highly recommend it to Veterans or active duty personnel! Great service who really looks out for you. Not just loan services, but also insurance quotes, and realtor recommendations with incentives. Veterans United has always been my go-to for VA loans. They are fast, friendly, and easy to work with. I only rate at a 9 just because they do have high fees that are thrown in. Expect about $14k by time you close.
