The back and forth of establishing a close date was frustrating. Kevin was doing his best but your title company failed you miserably and repeatedly. I like Levin and felt like he was working for us and I definitely felt like the VA rate was better than the market.

I felt well taken care of throughout the home-buying process. Though I was not impressed with the first agent I was paired with, Veterans United definitely redeemed themselves with the second one. The folks I worked with were always willing to answer my myriad questions and were so gracious with my ignorance with buying a home. Veterans United was excellent! They process me and my husband loan, then they set up the realtor, my internet/ security resources for electric, water turned on! They did everything for us to help us to feel comfortable while purchasing a house! I even had a concierge who helped in everything to help my move to be easy!
Highly recommend it to Veterans or active duty personnel! Great service who really looks out for you. Not just loan services, but also insurance quotes, and realtor recommendations with incentives. Hard to find organizations that really are working for the customer and in this particular case, the service member.
