There were several items needed by the underwriter that I would imagine are not typical in most home purchases. The team, especially Dene' worked above and beyond to keep me in the loop and everything moving forward. The additional effort is extremely appreciated.

The team was absolutely awesome for most part. I was in the process of PCSing from overseas, I was in school a lot was going on. But the team made me feel at ease on how not to worry.However, certain things I wish I knew while I was applying for the loan. For example that I will need to pay the small debt, which could have help me prepared better. I was under the impression the oaing cost that's all I need. It juts a lesson learn for me. Next time I need to anticipate those unforseen circumstances.
John kept me informed throughout the entire loan process! He answered every question I had quickly and guided me through a some times confusing process. He deserves an 11 but 10 is the highest I can give. Also, Rob was an invaluable addition to the loan process. He excelled at educating me to not only how the process worked but why it worked the way it did. That's peace of mind! Great job guys!
