This is our third VA home loan and our first, but definitely not last time using Veterans United. Of the three homes we've mortgaged this has been by far and large, the single best experience we've ever had. Rich and his team we're always friendly, prompt and personable with all of our interactions. From the start Rich gave us our numbers for preapproval and was always prompt with questions. Once we settled on a house Sarah was super quick with all the required paperwork, documents, and follow ups. Closing was right up there with the rest of the experience where about half of the closing was online through the VU portal. We spent all of 18 minutes closing at the title company with no corrections or adjustments afterwards. Once again this is by far the best single experience with purchasing a home we have ever had, and its all because of Veterans United's and it's employees quality of service to their customers.
