The entire team did well and I have to commend Dena. Excuse the bluntness, but she was on top of her shit! She came in with laser focus, seemingly lengthy to-do lists and extra homework. :-) Kedric was really working hard especially in the end and I greatly appreciate it. The entire team made it all worth it. Veterans United was recommended to me and I would absolutely recommend it to every Veteran.
We LOVED our experience with Veterans United! From easy pre-approval process, to great communication all along the way, to a user friendly to-do list, to a whole team working with us, to the special personalized home sign and gift for our son that our team purchased, we really felt taken care of.
I highly recommend James Miller and his team Ellen Foster and Jenny. The whole team is amazing and really helped us get our home. Ellen was very detailed made sure all out boxes where trippled checked to make sure out loan went through. Anyone will be very lucky to work with James, always responded quickly. --Automation is good, however the process was a bit overwhelming at times. I felt that I didn't need to know so much information between realtors and you guys; however, I do understand you want the customer to be informed, but from my end it's too much and can be confusing at times. Overall the team was prompt, nice, and professional. I do like the ease of talking to a human being in a time manner even after leaving a voice message. Keep up the good work.
