Would take days for any response from my team, was very rude when I asked any questions, changed my closing amount several times and gave me false information several times. When I started this journey I was uneasy on buying a home because there was so much that I did not know. It also didnt help that my last lender was unavailable on sundays during the crazy housing market rush because he liked to go hunting.
