Working with Veterans United was a good experience. I appreciated the transparency and availability, as well as the speed at which the organization was able to make things happen. My only complaints lie within the automated uploading/ review service for documents. I had to re-upload or clarify portions of my documents on more than one occasion due to trivial or comprehension based concerns. Otherwise I was very satisfied with my home buying process and would look forward to working with Veterans United again in the future
As a first time home buyer, I didn't know where to start. I took to Veterans United, and from the moment I received a call from one of their employees I knew a home would come very soon. All of my interactions with Veterans United personnel was personable and real. I truly appreciate the service they provided me, and ultimately allowing me to become a homeowner.

I closed on May 7,2024. I thought that my 1st mortgage payment would be due July 1, 2024 but I was told my 1st payment would be June 1, 2024. At closing

To be honest, veterans united as a whole was great to work with. I’m not sure what their policy is with being their go to realtors but I’d be curious. Their 3rd party agents and only the one I know are chasing a check and not looking out for the veterans. Schandler and Walter were amazing. They work crazy hours and will do anything you need them to do. Thanks a bunch VU, we appreciate you.
