Veterans United was so helpful. Made the home buying process very easy for us 1st time home buyers.

The rate we got was the most competitive i was able to find, BUT-Our loan specialist was constantly saying we were good, then a week later they'd say something else came up and we'd have to go back and show them in the info we already sent, or on publicly available information sites, where the info they wanted was already shown. Everyone on the team I was assigned to were all massively under skilled or over worked because I felt I wasn't cared for or valued at all the whole time. If it were something I had to do again, I would have requested a different loan officer to replace the one we originally were assigned because others I know said their experiencewas far better than mine.
