Overall the process was super easy. I really enjoyed Aaron and his crew. Being a first time home buyer they made the process super easy. Before going thru the closing process there were documents that they explained in detail and it made it so much simpler on closing day.
Randy and his team are fantastic problem-solvers. The seller asked that we expedite closing and If it weren’t for his out-of-the-box thinking and adaptability, I truly don’t think we could have closed as quickly or smoothly. When I became ill and couldn’t make the initial closing date – Randy quickly recognized he needed to work through issues to avoid automatic changes in conditions that could have significantly affected our loan. He managed that unavoidable setback so well that even the relator and title company took note and made it a point to call out his over the top service during the actual closing.I recommend Randy and his team highly!
