Jake and my team were incredibly patient with me. I began this process 4 months ago, and wasn't quite where I wanted to be with a pre approval amount. I worked hard, paid off debt and increased my earnings while the team patiently waited. When the day finally came and I told them the timeline we had, there wasn't a " we will try" attitude, there was a " lets get this done" attitude that allowed us to close only 3 weeks after the initial offer was accepted.
