My experience with Veterans United was excellent on all counts. All staff were responsive and courteous throughout my entire homebuying process. I appreciated their willingness to explain things to me as well and they always welcomed me to ask questions, which made everything much easier.
Veterans United portal: I really liked the portal. Very user friendly was so easy to navigate. The Meet your team was so nice to put a face to voice. I like how the portal broke down process of the morgage.
Title processing: Great. I was involved in choice of the named company. Even though they were on the west side of the U.S. the process went pretty smooth.
The Veterans United team used all the communications applications, Voice, text, and email to keep process updates. Example letting me know via text, email and phone call to let me know I had a task open on the portal. All these little touches helped to make the mortgage successful.
Referral: plan to let everbody know they need to consider Veterans United for future mortgage needs. The only thing that could have rated this process more than 5 stars would be meeting team in person or even meeting Rob Riggle. I will say we rate your sevice but inorder for the procees to work the customer must be proactive too!

Ali and her team were phenomenal! They were extremely patient with me while I was on deployment to get my loan process started prior to my returning before I PCS. I am so glad I did not throw away the pre-qualified notice I received in the mail from Veterans United home loans. I scanned the letter with my iPhone, spoke with a loan officer, and then less than 5 months later, I purchased and moved into my first home. The process of purchasing my first home through Veterans United was a lot easier and less intimidating than I expected. Veterans United provided me with a loan officer, a loan concierge, and several professional real estate agents.I viewed probably 20 different homes, all recently renovated and located in clean, safe neighborhoods that offered a variety on lot sizes. The staff at Veterans United were professional and down to earth, which made it easy to ask questions and receive constructive feedback.
