Celina, Mackenzie, and Tram were phenomenal! They provided the best service we have ever received. Applying for a mortgage today is very different than years ago and can be extremely stressful. If you follow your teams instructions and get what’s needed submitted in a timely fashion, the process will move along. The VU Team is great at what they do, and they take care of the vets! My husband is. US Army Infantry Vet using his benefit for the first time at age 63 to buy a home for us. He worked very hard to build up his credit and secure good employment.

Our process with Veterans United was very smooth. I expected the home buying process to be very stressful and overall it was very easy. Our realtor, Cassandra was our shining star in this process. She made herself available to us at the drop of a hat, always supported our decisions and she answered our questions quickly. I felt like we were treated like more than just a number, or more than just a sell.
The entire process was basically as painless as it could be.
The only issue I had at all during this entire process was lack of communication from Shelbi. There were many times where myself and my realtor would call her and leave a voicemail and not hear back from her. I’m not saying that she isn’t good at her job and I understand that she has a lot going on, but that would be one area that needs to be improved and growth is important.
Horrible. For what a thought would be a veteran friendly lender what I got was the opposite. Luckily I read the VA chapter 12 to save them from having to terminate the loan when seller refused to do the work from the appraisal. I constantly had to nag to get information and to make sure they were completing things. I will tell everyone I know not to use veterans united.
First time home buyers and the team was amazing! Communication was great from the very beginning until we closed. They answered all our questions and were helpful on homebuying journey.
