I would've like the opportunity to update the interest rate during the process without affecting closing date (the rate dropped significantly down to 5.7 the day before closing). It would've been beneficial had I been given the option to renegotiate the interest rates. The team always kept me informed. I was impressed with the speed and recovery of the team when I had questions or concerns.

Ryan was phenomenal from beginning to end. It took us years to find a home and he kept in contact along the way and followed up regularly. He was always easy to reach if needed and very knowledgeable about his industry. I believe he is one of the top reasons we got under contract. He made the listing agent and seller's feel very confident about us as buyers and the whole VA loan process. We are incredibly thankful for him and his service. We closed on our home one week early and the whole process was very smooth. I would highly recommend Ryan and his team to get the deal done!
