The realtor originally assigned to us acted as if he really didn't want to be there and was lining up his next contracting gig. Elizabeth while I can appreciate her position, never seemed to be up to date as to where the loan was at in the process or at least behind in her information.

The only thing I could add as a suggestion is make sure people are ready for the unexpected, make sure they are aware of the possibility of delays in closing for repairs, reinspection and such. However I must overall we have been very pleased with our experience and I must say without our entire loan team this experience would have been a nightmare they may feel I was the nightmare on some days and for that I must take this time to apologize and tell you all thank you for allowing me to vent, and thank you all for your hard work it was greatly appreciated
