Ben and the team were exceptional! They all made my home buying experience fun, easy and enjoyable! Someone was always available to answer any questions I had no matter the time. They were professional yet personable and that made me comfortable talking to them about things outside of home buying. I really enjoyed talking to Ben. He’s knowledgeable as well as funny. When you work with professional people they sometimes seem to be “stuck up” however the team I worked with were not at all like that and that really made me feel like I was talking to a friend. Only issue we had was when uploading personal documents it seemed they never saved so we constantly had to upload them for the home purchase
This process could’ve been so much worse. Especially while being overseas trying to get things done. The team did such a great job with helping me along the way with any questions. The day before we were going to close I needed to change my insurance policy for the homeowners insurance. I remember freaking out because I thought this would take forever to get done and we wouldn’t have been about to close at the right time. Or that’s what I thought. I sent in the new information and Sam got it done very quickly. Hands down 10/10 service!
Scott was great as usual. This was my second time using Veterans United. Much has changed since the first time. The VU team handled everything from the real estate agents to insurance… everything Lindsey was very responsive to any questions or issues that came up.
