I'm glad I picked Veterans United for my home loan, because the agents that worked on my case couldn't have been more helpful. They made the process very easy, made sure I was kept up to date with everything, and explained parts of the process I didn't understand. Matt and Brooke worked extra hard to help me collect all the paperwork I need for the Underwriter even though some of it was very difficult to obtain.

I felt respected by all members of the Veterans United staff. Although my process of buying my home was not seamless, they were always there to quell my concerns, stressors, and anxiety.
Anthony was also a huge benefit; he kept me aware of everything needed to complete my home-buying journey. His experience was remarkable during our time with Veterans United.
We we told at different points that the underwriter, and loan officer didn’t know what they were waiting for for approval, but it was holding our account. While it ended up working out, we had multiple unanswered emails to our contacts from both us and our real estate agent. This may be normal, but it felt as though there were a lot of gaps in communication.
Everyone is very helpful and friendly! Thank you all for making a stressful situation easier. The entire Veterans United team I worked with was available and willing to answer all my questions. This was my first time buying a home and being a single mom, I was very anxious. You all helped put my mind at ease with being honest, friendly, and getting back with me fast.

My review may be commercial-worthy? No way! This is my SECOND time utilizing Veterans United and I'm extremely satisfied with how quick, easy, and simple their team was able to communicate and work with me. With their expertise and experience, you can't go wrong having them on your team in the home buying experience!
I want to thank each and everyone that had a hand in making this process go so smooth, it took some time between the owner not getting back to us for over a week after we made an offer, too getting the final amount due at closing. Our oldest son summed it up the best, he said that he was happy that we were able to buy the house because any place else just wouldn't feel like home.
