First time purchasing a home. I understood very little about the entire process and made the clear to V.U. My loan officer Shane went above what was expected and explained a lot to me. Any questions I had were answered immediately. I shopped around too for other VA loan providers but the customer service and communication just fell short from what I expected and what i was use to from V.U.
I was able to get the lowest available interest rate with them. More than that, they have a team of incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and helpful people. This was my second time using them and if I buy again, I will use them again and again!
