Our over all experience was amazing! I want to give a special shout out to our agent Brittany Gruver because she went above and beyond to help us with information and guidance through the entire process. I can't even imagine our experience with anyone else and I highly recommend her to anyone in our area because you will not be disappointed. The team from veterans united as a whole that was assigned to our loan far exceeded any expectations we had.
Loved the UI and the ease of submitting documents online. Made it very convenient for a transaction that's completed entirely remotely.For some reason once you "review" a document and it gets a green check mark, you can't view it again. Fix that please. Or if there is a reason for that site behavior, put a disclaimer to your users to download the file if they intend to reference it later.

This is the best homebuying experience we've ever had - and it easily could have been the worst due to the location and timing for us. We bought a home in the worst (literally), most difficult place to buy in the USA right now, and they got us through it in record time for this area.
