From the beginning to the end everything went smoothly, and very fast, if I had any questions, most of the time they answered the phone when I called, if not they would get back to me within a few hours. I told a few of my co-workers, who are ex military and they said they would definitely reach out to you guys when their ready to purchase their next home

Great team! However, if it's a major holiday, be prepared to be handed off to people you may not be familiar with. This was the only time I felt neglected (Christmas). Otherwise, the team is with you to the end. They stay on top of your "to-do" list and assist you with any items you may not understand. I would definitely recommend them to my veteran colleagues.
