The only stumble we really had was getting me the check from the sale of my home 4 days after I closed. I was a bit worried but it all went thru and the funds made it to me. I am not sure where the stall happened at so this may not be my teams fault. Aside from that everyone was responsive and made the process very easy.

Mike Cane and his team were outstanding! There professionalism and knowledge was very impressive. Their response time was never more than an hour to questions I had. I have already referred them to realtors and individuals.
Everything was great except VU doesn't offer a Courtesy Float Down Interest Rate. This was bummer (not the loan team's fault), but something admin needs to change.
The entire team was responsive and communicated all changes and updates throughout the process. The use of a group text message from the very start of applying to post-closing made everything easy and I never felt alone. I would definitely use Veterans United again and would recommend them to anyone. They really made this stressful and emotional home-buying process smooth and seamless- and easier to understand!
