As a first time home buyer, United made every step easy. Always available to answer questions either immediately or as of the next working day. I could not be more happier with using United for our first home.
For people that specialize in loans for veterans and service members, they were very difficult to work with. When I tried to explain our situation with my being in airborne school and my wife having to be the main point of contact. They were not considerate at all and kept pushing my wife for information that she needed from me. I was gone for 12-15 hours a day with my phone off and my wife told them and they didn't understand that. I would not recommend going here for help unless you have lots of free time and know exactly what you're doing.
