Great experience from the very beginning. Not once did it feel like a transaction, but felt like a wonderful house buying experience. Full of knowledge and helpful getting a buydown rate to what we wanted. They made every step of the way very efficient and straightforward. Closing table was unremarkably fast and simple from every step being done via the app. The team was so kind and eager to help!

I know the company isn't in minnesota. So I'd recommend doing research into the state the buyer is in so then everything goes smoothly. Minnesota doesn't need a pest inspection which we almost got. Also insurance side was told they couldn't find anything but I was able to find 3 company's. Id also recommend high balling the estimate more than low balling it, rather have a ton in saving and pay less. Besides that they did a great job.
