Overall, it was a great experience! The smoothest home buying experience we've ever had! Thr only comment would be that many of the extra programs they have are not established in smaller towns. We were unable to truly utilize the preferred realtor incentive and some of the concierge services.

The people I worked with for my home loan at Veterans United were the best in customer service that I have dealt with. They were motivated and king. They were very responsive and very quick. My questions and concerns were always answered fully. I enjoyed working with them. I am glad I went through this process with them instead of anyone else.
Heather Damer always, and I mean ALWAYS, answered my phone calls and texts and emails. Not only that but she did so promptly, and never made me feel stupid for the questions I asked as a new homebuyer. She was also very helpful and flexible when we discovered we may have to move our closing date back, and we were very grateful for her candor and objective opinions. Cannot recommend Heather and her team enough.
