Although it’s a long process it’s worth it. As a divorced single mom of 3 , when I started this process I thought it would take a lot longer. However, I’m a home owner now and you can be too!
My loan team was phenomenal every step of the way for me. They were kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable. They went above and beyond for me in so many ways throughout this process from the very beginning. They even reached out with a personalized message that I received after my closing date when I lost my father a week before closing on my home. Get your COE (Certificate of Eligibility) from the VA first. We had to wait 8 weeks to get ours. But once we did, we closed our loan in under 30 days. Otherwise this process couldn't have been easier. Thank you Tanner for all of your patience and help. We will use Veteran's United again for any future needs.
