Despite technology incompatibility between VU and my Credit Union which slowed down transfer of my information to VU, the team worked with me in every way possible so I could comply with their requests for information.

It was frustrating at times, but overall, it allowed me to purchase my dream home and move forward with the next chapter of my life! Well after we were sent over to the loan coordinator it went down hill from there. The communication stopped almost entirely and we were finding out important information by either text or email and in some cases by someone else all together.
