This process started out is only a dream. I made a simple phone call from a Google search and ended up with Veterans United, Alberto and his team. What a God send. It is amazing and I am astounded at how smooth they really make the process. Along every single step they knew exactly what they were doing. The smallest of details were taken care of by their team. Veterans have enough to deal with with many returning from war, deployment, and time away from their families. It’s comforting to know that there’s a company out there that looks out for their well-being. Unfortunately, 10 is the highest grade you can grade someone on their scale, in our opinion, they deserve a much higher score. They took a dream and turned it into a reality, and for that we will be forever grateful. I could not recommend this team higher. Every time I fulfilled my to do list they would add items. The closer it got to my closing date they would add something to the to do list which could take weeks to recieve. They didn’t bother to check to see if my condo was VA approved until the week of closing. I didn’t feel important and it didn’t seem they wanted to help me. FOR WHATEVER THE REASON.
