Some of the VU representatives would benefit in assisting their clients by practicing to be more proactive in informing their clients what to prepare and collect in terms of documentation prior from being asked to submit it for the next businesses day at the end of the current business day.
We spend much of our time as Santa and a Mrs Claus and enjoy trying to make children of all ages feel special. We definitely recieved that treatement from the folks at Veterans united. We often simply expect a facade, as folks bandy the word "veteran". This team was respectful, genuine and we definitely felt a personal touch. They were true "Santa's helpers".

Veterans United made the process of buying a home very easy for my wife and I. The loan team they put together for us along with the Veterans United app made it so simple to buy our home. Even when my wife got ill they stepped in and allowed us to continue the process, even to the point of letting us close right in her hospital room. Thank you Veterans United.

The Team was great. The App was Great. The Experience was Great. We made it happen I bought my first home! ...That being said there is a million Signatures required to buy a home and there was many times I was hesitant to sign because it was unclear or written in legal terms. I did call and ask for clarification and 98 percent of the time you could explain it and rid any uneasy feeling. For the other 2 percent though I had to use google to clarify things and if that didn't make things clear I put my trust into the team for having my best interest at heart. You guys are 10/10 would recommend to anyone but if you want to be 11/10 have someone who can go over the documents/contracts and explain in simple terms what each signature is certifying/agreeing to.
Thank you all for everything and the help for getting me through this tough process ! I'll be looking forward to upgrading in some years !
