Super easy, quick process. The MyVU app is excellent. I was informed every step of the way and the e-signing made everything super quick and convenient, especially at closing. It only took us 10 minutes! Great rates, low fees, and my loan team was responsive and proactive. Really happy with my loan service, and I love my new home!

I start out dealing with three lenders and one even cost me $212.00 to start an application. Within the first week it became abundantly clear the Veterans United was far superior to the others. Without a doubt I made the right choice sticking with Veterans United!!
I could cry. Trying to buy a home alone, as disabled veteran, single mother, across the country seemed like I was going up against insurmountable odds. But here I am with the keys to my new future in my hand. This team fought for me and fought for the best for me. Each person in this team dealt with me with great respect and patience; even when I was short on my own. I am so grateful to have this home that feels so safe and a town that is so beautiful and getting to meet new friends along the way. I am over excited about our new lives here and I really have you all to thank. I could absolutely not have done this alone without you yall are welcome over for cookies anytime; you're family now.
All in all a really good experience. Easy to work with and friendly, knowledgeable staff. The promotional side gets a bit much with email after email softly pushing other services. Good personal touch with the reps though, so if I had to delete a few extra emails, it wasn't the end of the world.
