I have heard horror stories about home buying, and that was not the case at all. Everyone is super helpful and knowledgeable! They go above and beyond to help you! Our second purchase was for our forever dream home and Veterans United made it the easiest most enjoyable process ever! Love the people! Will forever recommend them to anyone who asks! Even those that don’t! I cannot say enough about how wonderful they are!

Veterans United was so amazing to work with. Very responsive, so great that they provided me with a realtor and my realtor set up my inspections with good companies and recommended me to a great lawyer. Very seamless process and it made house buying way less stressful. Once we got the ready to close veterans United sent us a lovely package with a stuffed animal and book for my daughter, a cutting board, cookbook, and cute cloth napkins for my husband and I. They are so thoughtful!

I am 72 years old and used my VA home loan benefit this very first time I could not of picked a better time or a better team than David, Briana or Abby to get me through the hurdles of this VA loan process. From making offers on house after house that was a failure to a last minute use VA No on a home in the twelfth hour to success on this home which in The long run is BY FAR the best home I could have purchased.
The entire team as a whole was outstanding! Although I was busy with my career for most of the process and didn’t have time to talk during the day, they went out of their way to stay at work and communicate late in the evenings so that it was more convenient for me. I want to say thank you to everyone that has had a hand in my home buying process. This has been a lifelong goals for me and I think it was a better experience than a lot of people have with home buying. Everyone was super helpful and understanding, they told me exactly how to handle everything. Annie Kaufman wasn't listed on this review, so I also want to make sure she gets credit as well. She signed on with Jacob to help me out with financing, and when I needed something she handled it right away.
This was our first home to buy and we were really nervous but our team was there for us the whole way and made the process smooth. We are very grateful for the whole experience.
