too be honest it was difficult with changing loan officers and tgen both my loan officer and my loan coordinatorbwent on vacay in thr same critical week, jist lack of communication overall was very poor

Incredible experience from start to finish. Took me a while to find a home and even moved into a condo during the search, pausing my search for a while. The VU team stayed patient with me, and stayed in contact. Chace was great and always responsive. Once the home was identified, the VU team executed extremely well to meet the sellers 30 day close demand. Couldn’t be happier with the entire process and of course the end result.
