Fast process, very easy to deal with Veterans United.
Professional team that was quick to respond around the clock. The best rates for my VA loan that I could find after shopping around for days. The one negative thing was the underwriter seemed to have a few things to nitpick in various cases throughout the process. This either created or led to the rest of the team jumping through hoops and was very chaotic. There were a couple instances when the communication between VU and my agent/myself broke down. This directly inconvenienced me in a couple of cases and I was very fortunate to have a great agent and time to handle it. In the end I closed on the house on time and was compensated for the inconveniences. Overall I am pleased with the support in buying my first home.
