I would recommend Veterans United to all my military friends. The service was outstanding, very user friendly, not pushy but allowed to operate at your pace. Matt, Conner and Tyler are a great team that looked out for my best interests.
To start off, Id give this company a 10+. Ive used Veterans United 3 times now and have never had any issues other than a few minor ones that just come with buying a house. Marlon did a great job making sure things moved along as needed and was ready for funding once closing was done. I would use them again, but sadly this is the last house I will be buying. The team I had to help make things possible did an excellent job keeping me up to date on what was needed and where my file was in the process. I want to thank the whole team for a A+ job they did for me and my wife. Again, Thank all of yall..

Good communicators but could be a little more detail oriented.
We were fortunate to have chosen Veterans United Home Loans to purchase our condo. From day one, the personal loan specialist was always available to answer any questions or help you in any way. The real estate agents we worked with were outstanding in working with Veterans United which made the process much easier on us. We truly felt we could trust Veterans United to "look out for us" and protect our interests in the home buying process. ALSO. . . We want to "Thank" Veterans United for our new doormat! Veteran United IS efficient communication, professional guidance, and smooth, fast closing process.
The overall experience was good. I just think a little more communication would have been helpful once the initial closing date passed. But I appreciate your patience with me while I was waiting on my employment verification. I am pleased with the experience and would definitely recommend you.
Drennan and Nico were great. Drennan helped me from start to finish, helping me the whole way. Nico also helped me once I found my house. Both were patient with me when I had mini freak outs during the process. Both of these guys handled everything like pros and handled everything that I asked of them.
I can't imagine ever purchasing another home without Veterans United by my side. They made the process easy, understandable and no pressure. I knew exactly what I could afford before I even started the journey. With the exception of inspection cost, I really did buy my house with NO MONEY DOWN!! Veterans United helped me and my wife get our first condo, and the whole experience was great. They were always checking on me, had fast response times, and it genuinely felt like they wanted the best for us every step of the way. Brandon was very friendly and helpful—he searched through different home insurance options, gave moving company recommendations and price matches, and helped with internet, electric, etc. Stephanie at VU went above and beyond when I had some trouble with my credit scores—she was always checking in, processing documents quickly, and it really felt like she was rooting for us to make it to closing. Matt Landis was our go-to guy and always explained things when I didn’t understand or had questions. He’s very knowledgeable and really set the tone for all the great people there. Overall, what stood out most was the customer service—always friendly, always there, and very helpful.
