It was my dream from 2012 to become a homeowner and I had to position myself creditwise and every other way to prepare for a home yes it happened in 2022 but I never gave up the fight I had an awesome real estate agent which started to work with me in 2017 and that was about 5 years prior to me closing my house with Veterans United first of all he never got professional he just kept driving the process and when Veterans United came into picture and I paired my real estate agent Mr Marcus Griffin with Mr David United those two together was like it was like Beethoven with a concert make it every instrument every access play the sound that needed to play in the sound that needed to be played was let's get Mr Murray to the closing table let's figure out what we need to do and let's make it happen in those two made it happen I'm a very proud veteran homeowner I'm loving my house I'm loving the area I love my neighbors it's what's true that a journey but it was worth it and I'm going to tell you the team with Veterans United they put you in his team I would recommend them guys to sell anywhere house anywhere in the world this team can get it done he has an awesome team Mr Marcus Griffin that real estate agent he always had his eye on the prize and that was to get me to the closing table Dave butcher with Veterans United gave him the tools to help Drive the process and when those two came together it was like fireworks I had given up on even becoming a home owner I thought I would be an apartment for the rest of my time or whenever I never could see it coming but I had two people behind me could see the things that I could not see and I just want to be thankful and tell the world if you are veteran go to Veterans United and if you can get with Dave Butcher and his team I would highly recommend it because there's no shortcuts they going to lay it out for you and you have to do the things to get where you need to do in buying a house zero and a lot of things out getting your credit in shape and then getting ready for your pre-qualification letter so you can start looking for a house but these the things they do . Overall the process was super easy. I really enjoyed Aaron and his crew. Being a first time home buyer they made the process super easy. Before going thru the closing process there were documents that they explained in detail and it made it so much simpler on closing day.
Randy and his team are fantastic problem-solvers. The seller asked that we expedite closing and If it weren’t for his out-of-the-box thinking and adaptability, I truly don’t think we could have closed as quickly or smoothly. When I became ill and couldn’t make the initial closing date – Randy quickly recognized he needed to work through issues to avoid automatic changes in conditions that could have significantly affected our loan. He managed that unavoidable setback so well that even the relator and title company took note and made it a point to call out his over the top service during the actual closing.I recommend Randy and his team highly!
