The moving team prepared me for my utilities & entertainment. They were always pleasant to talk with. I recommend you use their services. Jess was so amazing to work with.She answered all my questions from the beginning to the end no matter what the question was. I really enjoyed the video Jess sent me letting me know I have the final approval & clear to close. It was nice seeing a live face. lol! The team assisted me as well. They were all amazing! I didn’t think I qualified but I had nothing but positive results. I will always recommend VU to all my fellow veterans interested in buying a home.
The whole team made the house buying experience great. Bryan was very personable, easy to work with, and consistently checked in with me to answer questions and guide me through the to do tasks. Sam was amazing from beginning to end and her personality, accessibility, professionalism, compassion, and enthusiasm made every phase something to look forward to. She went above and beyond and is a gem who believed in me and my family early and stayed positive the entire process. The loan officer is a fucking asshole he fuck me over
I accidently started the loan process earlier than I intended to. My loan officer reached out very quickly after I signed up, and even though i was not ready to purchase a house, she didn't close my case, but instead got a few preliminarry thiungs out of the way and then very patiently waited for me to be in a position to purchase a home. The whole process was very smooth, communication was clear and quick, and the online portal was very helpful to use. Overall, I am not sure I could have had a better home buying experience, and for a first time home buyer it meant a lot to me how much my team was willing to work with me and help me through the entire home buying process. Would absolutely reccomend to anyone seeking a home loan.
I don’t know who Missy is. I think I worked with another Lender, but she got very upset with me because I definitely was going through a lot and as happens, And Real Estate, let my emotions escalate some situations I say that because she seemed to be very unhappy with me and told me I was rude. I do think you guys record everything bottom one is I never heard from her again. I brought you guys a Buyer or actually my client did but no communication afterward must’ve made her so upset she never wants to reach out to me, which means the communication from your company shows me you don’t no longer want to do business with me when you take a look at the fact that I’m working with Zillow and getting Buyers pardon me multiple Buyers every month not including my own personal business. I’d love to hear back from you guys so I can be a better real estate agent sorry I ruined your business or whatever is going on and wish you the best of luck in the future.
Our loan experience with Christopher and his team were exceptional. This is not our first VA loan nor our first home. They were on target with the timelines and very responsive. From the beginning of the process (Pre-approval) till the end (Closing) it was an awesome experience with Chris and team and! The client portal with the to-do list assists clients with what needs to be submitted. The resources are definitely recommended for new home owners. If you’re on top of submitting your docs, your loan will process will go much smoother. Even with S.L.O.W sellers agent and a slightly chaotic and somewhat challenged Title company Staff that we worked with, We Were able to close in 30 days! Thank you Chris, Jake and Matt.
