From the beginning, by helping to better our credit to get us to a score to enable us to buy a home to the day of closing, our team made sure that we were successful! Thank you so much for your expertise and knowledge of how to get this done!
Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend the team I had to others. The only critique I have is with this being my first home It would have been nice for my team to just double check that I understood everything for what it was. There were one or two things that I thought I knew that I turned out to be incorrect about. But like I previously said other than that the team was great and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Everyone was wonderful, and made my first-time home buying experience a breeze.
Everything went well, but I wish that communications were a little easier.
I had a relatively short deadline to close. There was no sense of urgency for the first month. At the very end underwriting threw a grocery list of items they wanted completed before closing. Received my amount to close figure Friday evening before Monday morning closing. No time for certified check, fortunately the wire transfer was processed minutes before closing. Final closing documents arrived while we were at closing. Not certain who the blame lies with. This sale nearly didn’t happen. Not a good experience.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I've seen my partner go through a complete nightmare because of the lender who was chosen by the person buying her house. I was terrified going into this and had a thousand questions. I chose VU because the number of VA loans they closed last year was in Tens of thousands range. Other lenders closed less than a thousand. I've been told a VA loan can fall through very easily at any part of the process. Choosing these guys was a survival move. VA loans is what they do. This process was the most overwhelming thing I've ever gone through, and Veterans United made it so simple. The portal used to handle the paperwork is a game changer. Everything was so streamlined and organized and easy. I am someone who tends to have excessively overdramatic expectations sometimes, and even so, Kayla and Madison blew them out of the water. I couldn't be happier. Thanks so much :)
