Fine service.

Jake went above and beyond repeatedly and was always fast to respond with reliable info

Easy and seamless process to buy our first home! The team kept us well informed and responded to our questions within a day. The website is very user friendly to quickly upload documents or provide anything needed. Would recommend to anyone buying a home!

Danny and the whole team worked tirelessly to make sure we were taken care of every step of the way and I couldn’t be happier with the process.

All my concerns and worries were null and void once I got hooked up with your amazing team.. forever grateful

I will definitely use Veterans United for all future home purchases.

My team worked hard for me and if I needed guidance they were there don't change anything

This is my first mortgage, and it couldn't have been easier. Everyone had great communication skills and listened to everything from concerns to general questions for a first time buyer. I won't recommend anyone else but Veterans United. Thank you all for this wonderful experience.

We expected a lot more work than what it ended up being. We were pleasantly surprised to say the least and are so happy with the smooth and friendly service.

Overall my experience with veterans united was good. Jared was great and very personable. I had a moment of panic during the very end of my home buying experience but Jared made sure to stay calm and work diligently to make sure my family was taken care of for the closing of our new home.I would say that as an active duty member and on behalf of other active duty members, when it comes to purchasing a home these days, it can be very expensive. I do not know if veterans united is up to speed on the housing issues, BAH and BAS rates for our service members, but it has been difficult to procure a place to call home for the vast majority of our service members. Instead of flooding the customer with home security, home insurance, internet and other costly expenses. Veterans united should be focused on the lending piece. I only say this because receiving a phone call you see "Veterans United" and you think you are about to speak with your lender, but it ends up being someone trying to sell you something else. I think the lending piece should come first and the lender should verify whether or not the customer wants the phone calls or those services. It can be overwhelming to receive multiple phone calls, emails and text messages when you are juggling being an active duty member, moving across the country, dealing with children and getting them situated with school/day care, and selling a current home all at the same time. The customers focus is finding a place to call home, and especially during the holidays.Again my overall experience was good and Jared took care of me. I just hope in the future, this feedback helps veterans united put the home buying first, and all of the extra things after the closing of the home so people can make sure they are financially capable of taking on extra amenities instead of trying to decide on that during the home buying process.

Nothing but good words to say!

Simply amazing! Thank you Veterans United
