The help we received from the moment we inquired about a VA Loan online was astounding. We had an immediate phone call with a knowledgeable representative. We put our loan application through online and quickly had a letter in hand to show realtors that we were approved to make offers. The loan specialist and their team made every step understandable, which relieved us of so much stress while trying to find a home in this unprecedented market. We are grateful to the VA, the loan specialists, and their team members for helping us purchase our final home near our family in Maine. Communication is always key when working hard on getting anything and everything when buying a house. VU was amazing at answering any and all questions. John was helpful in calming those jitters in the in between stages and the moments when doubt would set in. It was good to hear we weren’t the only ones with this experience. The team was sure to communicate needs, help set up the little things (like utilities and insurance) and that was such a huge help in making sure things were done before move day.
Veterans United was a pretty easy process and they will help you thru all the steps . Just have your paperwork ready to go and they will work with you diligently to get everything done !! we closed 5 days prior to our closing date !!
Definitely would recommend using Veteran's United to assist with the purchase of buying a home because they are very knowledgeable with experienced loan specialists. My loan specialist Shannon Cantoni was Amazing and in my personal experience went that extra mile working with the builders to make sure they stayed on top of things.
