Everyone was so great to work with! After I sold my previous home in 2017, I honestly didn’t think I was going to be a homeowner again. Most of the so-called local banks are hard to work with when it comes to a home loan around here because my credit has been less than stellar in the past. I decided to take a leap of faith last summer and try to purchase a home again. I didn’t end up getting the house for reasons that weren’t related to Veterans United, and Taylor had my back the whole way to make sure I wasn’t going to get myself into something I’d regret. Then in the beginning of March, a house became available that I was really interested in so I gave them a call again and they were absolutely amazing to work with. Rick, Steven, Bridget, and Nicky rocked it!! The app makes it so easy to keep up with all of the documentation that they might need. The email communication and phone calls keeping me up to speed on the process was perfect! It was all absolutely amazing! Now I’m so excited that I’ve been blessed with a home that my son and I can enjoy, and I can keep for years to come. I’m so thankful for everyone involved in the process. ❤️🤍💙




Craig Anderson was absolutely phenomenal! We've already suggested him to three of our friends that's going to be looking for homes in the next year or two. Our realtor is very hard to impress and she was blown away by the dedication Craig had as well. Life is stressful enough as a disabled veteran, Craig took away so much stress from my wife and myself through this process. If there was a way to recommend him for employee of the year we would!


John and his team were exceptional during my home buying process.

Overall, working with Veterans United was fantastic. Our first home buying experience was so frustrating and we felt like our loan officer was not helping us. We were honestly scared to start this process again, but Chris truly made this process a breeze. We will always be apart of the Veterans United family and we will recommend anyone we can.
