I don't believe veterans united has any veterans best interest in mind. I think you have start data mining your clients future data. I think this is fraudulent behavior. Trying to get people to sign away right to future personal information. I will refinance my loan through another company soon because of this type of business practice along with informing veterans to be very wary of doing business with you. Douglas K Bryan

The underwriting process was by far the worst I've dealt with in buying multiple homes over the last 30 years. There was a date given for signining title but even days after the designated date I was getting "to do" lists to resend things, to include information that I had previously sent in, delaying signing multiple times and without any information or notification on when would actually finally occur, which directly affected my planned final military household goods delivery (had to change dates once), utility turnover, which we paid for utilities for over a week prior to turning over the house, and departure from rental home we were in (which required a 60 day notice).
