The loan application was quick and painless. My loan specialist Todd Keicher and his team got everything done Lightning fast, communicated well and were super friendly and knowledgeable. I used the real estate agent they provided and she was the best. Maryanne helped me get an offer accepted in under 2 months on the condo I wanted in San Diego’s red hot market. Also, the online platform to upload/download documents is very easy to use. I will use Veterans United Home Loans again and recommend to all of my fellow vets looking for a home.
Make sure you have your stuff ready to go and be prepared for them to come back with other stuff that you weren’t even ready for.
The only comment I could say is that my Veteran United Team removed a lot of worry of me during this process. This was the best experience I've had as a Veteran, and I would recommend this group a thousand times over again. I'm sure that there are other groups or loan teams that rival this one, however, I will always revere this group as the best one.
